Whenever I attempt to connect it says :"Failure retrieving songselect request token, please try again later" This is only on my new comp, not my older computer previously used for projection. Please let me know asap how to fix.

I am going to be investigating problems with SongSelect here shortly; some helpful information would be what operating system and what operating system version you are running. This would help me greatly in reproducing your issue.
I am having this same issue and cannot seem to get around it. I can log into the SongSelect website just fine but Proclaim wont link correctly and give me the same error. We are utilizing a brand new laptop with the newest version of Proclaim on Windows 8. Any help would be appreciated.

I am sorry to hear about your frustrations here. We have shipped a fix for your problem in the most recent update of Proclaim. However, if you are up to date and the problem is still occurring, please attach the proclaim.log file to a post; this is in the following spot:

If you happen to be using a Mac and this problem is still persisting, please attach your log files and post them here. They will be located in the following area:

I am having this problem today. Cannot log in to SongSelect everytime I click on the link it gives me the error message
If you can post the Proclaim.log file after reproducing the problem we can diagnose further.
