How do I send signals?

What do the we have to do on the computer in to enable our members to receive our signals?

What do our the members of our church have to do on their phones in order to receive signals?

We have created signals successfully, I am just not sure how they are sent to the mobile device. It doesn't seem to be working.

Hi Savannah - and welcome to the forums.

I am not with my computer which has Proclaim on so can only provide some pointers:

Have you set your location within Proclaim?
Do your congregation have a Logos app - such as the Bible app - on their phones?
have they set the app to receive presentation signals?
do you have access to the internet when you are trying to do this?

if the answers to any of the above is "No" then signals won't be picked up.
