Proclaim "trying to connect to server"

Hi all,

We've just started using Proclaim two weeks ago. On Sunday we kept getting the message "trying to connect to server" (or reach server, or something along that line). Any idea of what could cause this? Is it a bandwidth issue?

This will happen if you lose internet connectivity while on air. Months ago when we were experiencing server side load issues this happened as well. Our servers have been very healthy for months now so I'd be inclined to look at your network connection. Let us know if we can help!
