I ca log onto proclaim app for my iPad but I do not see anything. It freezes up and I can't choose anything. How can this be fixed?

I am sorry to hear about this. I am not able to reproduce this issue in house. Are there any other steps that you can provide me to reproduce this? I would suggest trying to uninstall and reinstall the Proclaim app on your iPad and see if that helps. If I find other information out I will let you know.
So after looking into your problem, I think I have the reason behind your troubles. You cannot do anything upon signing into the Proclaim app on your iPad because your Proclaim account is not associated with a group. I would suggest logging into Proclaim on your desktop computer, making sure you are actively part of a group, and then try the iPad app again. Please let me know if this fixes the problem for you.
