Every Sunday for the past three to four weeks, proclaim would freeze or shut down. This seems to happen when I use my iPhone to control the slides while I am preaching. Sometimes the slides do not appear on my phone (like this past Sunday) while I try to navigate through them during the service.
We have been using Proclaim for nearly a year with the hope that many of the bugs that have plagued the software would have been fixed by now. We have invested a lot of money to use Proclaim and made the switch from Pro Presenter to do so. I really wish that you folks would have waited to launch the software until after the bugs were fixed; we are seriously considering moving back to Pro Presenter due to the flaws with Proclaim and how it interrupts the worship service. I would love to hear any reassuring feedback you or others may have.
