Adding New Members to Team

I have added members to our Proclaim team before, but I seem to have forgotten how to do it. I have been to the Faithlife site and used the "invite members" to the proper group, but the person I have attempted to add has not received an e-mail invitation. Help.

Hi Mark,

Do you see a new "Pending Invite?" If so, the invitation was delivered, but perhaps got flagged by an over-eager junk mail filter.

Ray,

Yes the person is in the "Pending Invite." However, it is from May and it is all grey and unclickable. I attempted to send this person an invite on Wednesday and Thursday and neither or those invites show up in "Pending Invite."

If you hover over the invite, you should see a "Withdraw" button. Let's try withdrawing the old invitation, and then sending a fresh one.

That did not work. I was able to remove the invitation. I left the site and then came back and sent an invitation. I left the site again and back, but this time the former grey invite showed up again, not a new invitation.

Hey Mark, sorry for the delay. I've been sick and out of the office for a couple days.

I've forwarded this along to our customer service team. They're much better than I at troubleshooting this kind of thing. Someone should reach out to you about it soon.

I sent invites three invites on three different days last week and the person I sent them to finally received two of them. He is on the team. So, the immediate problem is solved.
