Video

Hello again...
I used my old computer windows 7 and the proclaim works well will video and iWorship music. It is my new laptop with the upgraded Windows 8.1 pro version that will not work with the Proclaim videos. I had Windows 8.0 pro previously and it works. So it seems the problem lies with the Win 8.1 pro version of Windows installed as an upgrade from Win 8,0 pro.

Thank you for the instructions...I have always automatically update Proclaim. I did shut down my laptop and restarted Proclaim. It now is working and the video is playing correctly.
