Proclaim keeps crashing

Today as we used Proclaim during our service it crashed 3 times and it crashed the entire computer another 2 times. It did this last week too. Is there a patch?

We're seeing some issues on Mavericks that we've been unable to diagnose in house. The logs you posted will help but is there any additional information you can provide about what you were doing before the crash? How long were you running? Were you on air? or just editing?
Really sorry for the disruption this caused, coming up with a resolution for this instability is our primary focus.

Scott, we're not running Mavericks and crashed many times this morning, but only during our pre-service loop. It was disruptive because that is how we disseminate announcement type information, but I was relieved that we had no crashes during the actual service.

Our entire computer was forced to shut down several times this morning

We had the same thing happen to us. After the third crash we just shut the computer off and went on with our service. We upgraded our MacBook Pro this past week with OS X Mavericks.

I saw THIS post on the Apple forums regarding the new multi-display functionality in Mavericks - do you think there's any connection? or is that just wishful thinking?? [A]

We have a Mac mini running Mountain Lion, and Proclaim has been crashing for about a month. Yesterday, we used a MacBook Pro running Mavericks, and it crashed too. I had high hopes for Proclaim, but I'm currently looking for alternatives.

We were on air during every crash. We ran about 10 to 15 minutes before the first crash. After that it would crash ever 5 or 10 minutes. The first week the crashes happened we had a video. This week we did not. The services we usually have: Video, song, content slide, slideshow.
Thank you for responding so quick. I apologize I was not able to get back until today. I've used proclaim for three years and I know these kinds of problems come up. Please let me know the progress and hopefully when a patch will be ready.

A week ago my PC (Running Windows 8) did an update to whatever the new PC version is and now the program crashes every time. This has never happened. Is there a fix for this?

It looks like one of the local databases that Proclaim uses has been corrupted (thanks for posting the logs). This corruption should be unrelated to the new upgrade. To fix it delete the following file and it will be recreated automatically the next time you run Proclaim, with no data loss.
C:\Users\emersonsimon\AppData\Local\Proclaim\Data\2zeyw1vk.ptf\MediaManager\MediaManager.db
