We perpetually have issues where data does not get synced on Proclaim.
We have a multimedia person who builds much of the media at home. Sometimes she will log back in on the same computer and NOT see the changes she has made.
Furthermore, service time gets around and our media operator logs into Proclaim on the church's media computer and sees some updates that she made get lost.
I haven't checked for software versions yet but am wondering if I might find that perhaps our media computer operator and our media builder aren't always accepting software updates. If each contributor is using a slightly different version of Proclaim, could THAT cause these problems?
One thing that I'm asking our media builders to do is to make sure that the dot in the top right corner is green before closing Proclaim or a laptop case, or shutting down a system, to ensure that the uploads for the sync have occurred.
Is there a local copy of the file we are building on our computers that I can have the media builder go to and save from her computer as a backup in case we lose changes for service time?
