Powerpoint & sometimes video imports sometimes show white

Sometimes, we will upload/import a Powerpoint or a video and later find that it shows up as a white screen in Proclaim.

I know there are issues with Macs and Powerpoint but our Pastor loads the sermons from a Windows machine. Thoughts?

Is there an optimal video file format we should be using for video imports?

Sounds like the video/image was not completely uploaded by the machine that added it. You should see the background upload job when importing images/video at the bottom of the main window. Another potential gotcha is if the user chooses to import "local only". In that case the media is never uploaded and will not be available to other instances of the application.
