If you're upgrading from Proclaim version 1.12.0.0197 (Oct 22 - Nov 5) you will experience a hang when you get to the "Install and Relaunch" step shown below.
Please force quit the application by CTRL-clicking the Proclaim icon in the dock.
Then you will be prompted with the following Apple dialog. Choose Ignore and the successfully upgraded version of Proclaim will automatically start.
Sorry for the disruption. This issue should not occur in future updates.
