The update install crashed. I rebooted and re-launched Proclaim. I then went on air with the Pre-Service Loop and let it run. I came back 1/2 later and the attached crash report was waiting for me.4188.Crash Report.rtf
The update failure was a known issue described here and will not happen for subsequent updates.
Sounds like you're getting the crash we've been unable to diagnose and added additional logging for. Unfortunately those crashes are circumventing our automated error reporting system so we need your help retrieving the logs. If you could follow the following steps it would really help us out.

We have only one display. We are showing content slides (annoucnements with and without motion). As far as I know we are not using third party display adapters.
