This is a Jewish example - recitation of the psalms - on either a weekly or monthly (Jewish calendar) cycle. This is an example of the need for lectionaries/reading plans which loop. While I have tied this to the JPS, this is a case where many might wish to switch to a Hebrew text.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

    Has this ever been added?

I read the weekly tehillim and would like to not need to go online and check though I remember already the boundaries for a few days it would be a nice added nicety...

as well as the weekly torah portion, haftorah, etc.

I saw another thread were there was some consternation about what to include from New Testament for weekly readings etc I don't see why this is necessary immediately.

Can't we have the standard / Jewish readings for now and then if they want to add an option for other readings fine.

I saw there was a daf yomi cycle included at one point in time. That should be far more difficult than the weekly psalms to calculate. Days of the week don't change

(monthly yes OK that could be phase 2 relying on the Biblical Calendar and accounting for months with shorter cycles etc.)
