Logos 4 Win is not downloading new resources

I recently purchased a couple of new resources from logos that downloaded and updated automatically when I ran the L4 Mac version. But when I went to my XP installation through VMWare Fusion I cannot get it to find or install the new resources. I have tried update now and sync now but still no luck. What am I doing wrong?

If update now and sync now haven't worked, you can try "update resources".

I have tried all the suggestions and still cannot get my purchased resources updated in Logos 4 for windows. I am not liking this new cloud resource delivery, I would rather have a file I can download and install instead of having to depend on big brother's servers delivering them to me.

Turn logging on (see http://www.logos.com/support/article/2135)

Run "sync now", "update now", and "update resources" in Logos.

Upload your Logos log, and let us know which resources you're missing.

It appears your L4 licence is up-to-date so I would go to the Command box and try the scan command eg:-

scan <path to new resources>

then restart L4.

You can put the new resources into any accessible folder.

Are you by any chance attempting to share the data directory between Mac and XP? That has caused corruption and similar issues on here before.
Do you by any chance have internet set to off? (Tools>Program settings. Check "Automatically download updates and Use internet are both set to yes.
Finally use the update resources command as suggested (with Diagnostic Logging
on) and let us know what happens.
