strange warm up issues between services

After our 8am service I go off air then change the service time to 10am and go back on air. For some reason, recently when I go back on air it automatically starts at the warm up. The only way to fix this is to close proclaim then reopen it. If I dont and I manually click the preservice loop then the warmup never plays.

What time are you going back on air after changing the service time to 10am? The warm up will start automatically if service time - current time is less than the warm-up duration.

I have a similar problem, but my warmup time by default of the program is 9 seconds. In fact the timing situation is horrible; I cannot find a way to adjust timing at all. I insert a song item and instead of giving me an order of slides to play by it has timed the slides. So what I end up with is a slide show with a duration of 2 minutes, 30 seconds and a song that is 4 minutes and 50 seconds long. I just got Proclaim, so maybe I'm the one who is doing something wrong, but this is frustrating enough almost warrant to canceling out my subscription and going back to easy worship. I find the lack of timing options for slides so they can run independent of the operator a bit disconcerting also. The whole interface is extremely lacking in user controls. Building slides for teaching is tedious and the stripping away of PowerPoint animations is another problem. Oh not to mention the "training videos" are anything but... So any solutions?
