Bug: Clicking on Strong's Numbers is horribly slow

I'm trying to help someone in another thread sort out his Strongs's numbers prioritisation. In testing I noticed that Strong's is horribly slow:

There's nothing missing from that log. It really did take 43 seconds for the resource to appear! Admittedly it's quicker on subsequent attempts, but surely something is wrong here?

(This is on a Core2 Duo E8300@2.83Ghz, 4GB RAM, Win7-64).
