Download offline copy of presentation?

I am evaluating presentation software for my church. I love how easy Proclaim is to use compared to other software. Our concern is that since this is a web based program, it would be totally reliant on the Internet connection. Therefore if the Internet connection was lost, then we would not be able to access the presentation. Is there a way to download an offline copy of a finished presentation or another is there another way to work around this issue?

Hi Melissa - and welcome to the forums

A local copy of the presentation is maintained and synced with the cloud version.

This enables you to run the presentation (from a computer which was involved in preparing it) without Internet connection at all.

Some features - such as Signals and Remote Control which require Internet connection - won't work

What about a different PC than the one that did the creation? For example, in our sanctuary area the internet connection is very spotty. If I have a connection before service does it cache a local copy such that a constant connection is not required during the service?

Is there a way to "sneaker net" a copy of the presentation if we are unable to get a solid network connection?

This is correct. As long as you sign into Proclaim on the other computer and let the entire presentation sync while you have a strong internet connection, you will be able to view the presentation while having no internet connection.
