mpeg movies won't play

I can't seem to find a listing, but are there incompatibility issues with some video formats? I'm trying to load video files and .mpg are not loading in my presentations. I loaded 4 and only 1 will start playing. Any glitches known that I can find a fix for? Help! My sermon doesn't make a whole lot of sense without the videos haha.

We have been informed of the issue, and are looking into it.

In the meantime you should be able to select "Local to this computer only" when you upload your videos and they should play fine.

There was a server side regression shipped yesterday which causes issues when playing back videos requiring transcoding. We have shipped a server side fix and will ship an update to the client later today which will flush the incorrect data caused by the bug. Thanks for you patience.
