BUG (regression): PBB Background color missing - 5.2 SR3 (OSX 10.9)

As you can see from the screen shot, the blue background which used to appear in the "active" book, has once again gone MIA. Tongue Tied

It has been a while since I have used the PBB tool, so I am unsure when it went missing. Can you please find it again for me?

(And the "light blue" is so light that I had to put my eyes 5 centimeters from the screen before I could confirm that it was there at all.)
