connectivity and syncing issues

Two weeks in a row we have had issues. Proclaim will open but none of the media or presentations or service will load. We tried it on two pcs and had the same issues, fortunately it ran on a spare labtop. Not sure what to do to possibly fix or troubleshoot this

Do you see a triangular warning icon in the upper right of the main window? Posting your log files from the affected machines will be the best way for us to diagnose the issue.

1. open Proclaim on a machine that reproduces the issue
2. verify you are unable to access the presentations you expect
3. reply to this thread w/ the Proclaim.log file attached

To find the log file 

  Mac:

• /Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/ 
• The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.

     Windows: 

• XP    -  %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
• Vista/Win7   -   %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
