Finally, I decided to do an upgrade. Both my Logos for Mac (alpha 8) and my Logos 4a (XP in VMware Fusion) on my MacBook Pro downloaded automatically the new resources and the indexing was going smoothly.
A minute after confirming the order I started Logos 4 and it started the download at once, so did Logos for Mac. I was up and running in almost three hours for both.
I also have Logos4 installed on a Windows Vista laptop: over here it went automatically and with no problems at all, too.
And I used the 2 resources CD's I ordered two weeks ago to keep my Libronix 3 and Logos for Mac 1.2.2 up to date. I first synchronized the licenses, loaded the CD's and run the resources manager: (almost) all the new books were installed with just one click.
Logos: you did the trick, again. Perfect. You gave us a great new piece of software for free (!) to be able to use and study al those resources we bought. Thank you for all your efforts. I am confident that the Mac version will reach the same level as the windows version. I am seeing it growing through the alpha versions, almost can't wait for the official release in the near future.
Just wanted to tell that Logos 4 can be working fine with no troubles at all. And I think the vast majority of the Logos users are upgrading and using the software with no problems or hassles. On forums like this you will mostly hear complaints, problems and failures..
Well this is just another sound.
