Help: Sync error

I cannot sync with the Proclaim server. Then I logged out and tried to log in again, but got an error "An error occurred while attempting to contact the server, please try again later". Please see the log file attached. If you have any clue to solve this problem, it will be very much appreciated.

You need to update to the latest version in order to talk to our sync servers.

Hi Scott,

Thanks for your prompt reply. I got the following error message when I tried to reinstall my proclaim "Application download did not succeed. Check your network connection, or contact your system administrator or network service provider." I even uninstalled my proclaim and tried to re-install it. The same error message. I do not think I have any issue with my network connection, as I am viewing this forum and posting my question. Please see attached error detail. 6472.Install Proclaim Error Detail 20140104.txt

Try disabling your anti virus program temporarily and reinstalling Proclaim.

Thanks greatly. Now I have re-installed proclaim and am able to sync with the server.
