The pre service loop keeps repeating itself and won't let us go to the service slides. If we use the F5 it locks the cursor. How do I get the main service slides at full size where we can go from one slide to the other?

    The pre-service loop will loop until the service start time - the warmup duration. This is to allow automatic playback until service start time. If you want to override this behavior you can double click the item in the order of service (left hand side of main window) or ctrl-arrow key to advance beyond the last item in the pre-service loop.
