Error message: unable to open proclaim

Cannot Start Application: Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor.

I've been able to access Proclaim from my iPhone and 2 other computers here in the office where I work. However, I am unable to open it on my computer. I've restarted my computer and that didn't fix it either.

Please help! ;) Thanks.

    Hello Ruth,

    I have not run into this issue here in house. Try uninstalling Proclaim, clearing the cache of the internet browser you use, and then installing Proclaim directly from proclaimonline.com. Please let me know if that works.

    There should be a details link you can open. If you can provide this information it will help us diagnose. One common issue is anti-virus software blocking the installer. Try temporarily disabling your anti-virus program and reinstalling Proclaim.

    I am having that problem, too.  I have uninstalled, downloaded and installed a couple of time and get the same message.  I tried turning off the anti-virus and that didn't help.  I do have the data file info:

    The details in your error message indicate the installation of the .NET frameworks needs to be repaired. I will have someone from Logos customer service contact you and send instructions on how to do so.

    I had the same problem trying to get Proclaim to open on a Windows based laptop. It worked find last time I used that system, maybe 7 or 8 days ago. Last night Proclaim would not open after downloading and installing a Proclaim program update when I attempted to start the program for the first time. I had to fall back to the mighty Mac, which always works perfectly.

    Hello Michael,

    When Proclaim fails to open, does an error message pop up? If so there should be a details button you can press which will show you the click once 'details' log. If you could post those that would be very helpful.

    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? This sometimes works. The next version of Proclaim moves away from the ClickOnce installer technology which has had some stability issues to the more traditional MSI.
