Proclaim quit when "Survey" slide is clicked on
For the past few months, if a new presentation comes available that has the "Survey" slide already in it, when I try to delete it or access it at all, Proclaim crashes. Please let me know what needs to be done to fix this issue.

Please post the Proclaim.log file from a session which reproduces the crash (the file is regenerated each session) and we'll see if we can get to the bottom of this. Do you know if the crash occurs on all machines or just one?
Mac:
- /Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/
- The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.
Windows:
- XP - %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
- Vista/Win7 - %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\

It only happens on my machine. My teammates' computer is fine. He has Windows 7 and I have Windows 8.

I thought I was following the directions you posted.
The session I sent before was the last working session before it crashed. I took a screen shot just to make sure I understand what you are looking for me to post. Could you please advise?

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I've circled the file I'm interested in in the attached image. This file is regenerated each time the application is run so it needs to be from a session which reproduces the crash. It provides more context than the crash logs previously submitted.
