We've been testing Proclaim all week and have been very pleased.
This morning we took the main laptop we'd been testing in to run the church service. We booted up and went to launch Proclaim and it said there was an error with the application, please contact Support. After several attempts including a couple reboots, still no launch. Uh oh....
We tried to run the Proclaim uninstaller which prompted to restore previous state. We tried that, which also didn't work.
Then we fully uninstalled Proclaim, and downloaded the installer and ran it.
After running the installer and logging in, it appears that all of the content was still cached as it was all readily available.
We had no further issues and it performed well during the service, and we got several compliments on the appearance and smoothness of the worship presentation.
Overall, a bit of a Sunday morning panic that was fairly easily resolved.
I looked in the Proclaim error log, but there was nothing recorded from the time we had problems launching, so unfortunately I have nothing to send other than the description.
