That's a good question, Edwin. I don't know. This is a Tyndale publication. I'll see if I can find out when I get a chance. Meanwhile, if anyone else does, please tell us all.

No, he's not, but he is aware of the Adventist understanding and practice of the Sabbath (we even get a mention in the book). I read this book and Tonstad's on the Sabbath, and while the latter gives us a great biblical, and even eschatological, view of the Sabbath, Sleeth instead gives refreshingly practical reasons to have a day off, and what that means for us today.
