powerpoint missing audio

I imported a power point presentation that has music(audio) attached to it. But when  played it on proclaim the music did not play - just the powerpoint (used the pre-service loop position for the presentation). How can I keep the music and timing together with the slides in proclaim?

Hello Robert,

When you import a powerpoint into Proclaim, it will only import the slides (no transitions, animations or audio are imported). A good workaround here would be to import the powerpoint and then add the audio as background audio for the powerpoint service item.
