Proclaim crashes at start-up

Proclaim crashes at start-up. Attempts to sign in for a few seconds and then I get the error message: Proclaim has stopped working. "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

I'm not sure what I was doing at the time that was different than usual.

The first few times this happened the error message also included the names of a couple of temporary files. In an attempt to fix it myself I did some file maintenance and removed temp files. Ran CCleaner, Defrag, Disk Cleanup, etc. I've uninstalled Proclaim and re-installed.

Deleting the following file should get you back up and running again C:\Users\Dora\AppData\Local\Proclaim\Data\0owwn1np.3o2\SlideCacheManager\SlideCacheManager.db

It will be recreated automatically and no data will be lost. I'm able to use your logs to fix the root cause and will get a fix out in the next release.

If you delete the following does it help?
