Images won't fill screen

We are having trouble with images we load into Proclaim.  They show up on our screen in a weird, squeezed way, not filling the screen like the Proclaim backgrounds and pics do. We use a lot of logos and such we make ourselves.

Changing the aspect ratio doesn't work.  I thought there used to be an option in each slide where you could change the size of each picture to fill the screen, etc. like Media Shout.  Guess I was wrong.

Can you help?  We are not willing to keep Proclaim unless we can fix this.  Our presentations look horrible and it is a bit embarassing ...

Proclaim will always grow or shrink your image to fill the available space while maintaining the original aspect ratio. So if your image is tall and skinny you'll have lots of black space on side sides. Short and fat the black space will be on the top and bottom. We have plans to provide more control to users in a future release.

What part of this isn't working for you? If you use 4:3 you would ideally target 1024x768, and 16:9 would be 1920x1080. If you provide a screen shot or tell me the name of some uploaded media that's not working I can take a look.
