Quotation Marks not displaying properly

If we have lyrics of a song that should have quotation marks around it (quoting Jesus' words from scripture), when I type something like this: "text text text" ... it displays like this: 'text text text"  (only 1 mark at the beginning, but the 2 marks at the end. Instead of 2 marks at both the beginning and end.)

Happens both when the quote is the beginning of the verse, and also if it's in the middle of the verse.

Anybody know how to fix this?

    Are you on Mac or Windows? This could be an issue with the selected font. What background and font are you using?
