Error Uploading Video

I continue to get error uploading a video. I'm in the trial version so not sure if that matters. The video is 26.3 MPG, I'm on a MacBook 10.6.8 2 GHz Intel Core Duo 2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM with 56mbps download and 11mbps upload speed. Thanks for the help.5873.Proclaim.log

Does the error come at the end after it reaches 99%? I also have a MacBook and get errors with every video I upload. However, if you will wait about 10 seconds after the error pops us and then hit "Retry," the error should change and you should then see "Transcoding." After the video finishes transcoding it will download itself in the program. This error has been happening since I started using Proclaim over a year ago. I've learned to ignore it.

The error comes before any % is downloaded. It says uploading...and then the error message. I've waited for several amounts of time and retried.

So after contacting tech support, the problem seems to be that my browser won't connect to amazon's cloud based services (addresses usually start with s3.amazonaws.com), which Proclaim uses. I don't know why, but I'm looking into that.
