Save a work space...not a layout.

Hi,

I have been able to save layouts but was hoping for a way to save different work spaces. I feel that saving many layouts could be cumbersome. I thought Logos 3 had a "save work space" button.

To clarify...I am not interested in a layout, just the content of what I am studying.

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you want to do. But I'll try:

If you want to save not only the layout but also the location of the resources you're in you can make a layout called for example "John Study". Then each time you advance through the book, move to new sections of commentaries, or add new resources to your study screen simply go up to the Layouts menu and name the snapshot of that instant "John Study". The new one will overwrite the old one so that next time you open it, the resources will open to the last spot you left them.

Sorry if you already knew that but it took me a bit to figure that out, so I thought I'd share it with those who it might benefit.

    Jacob,

Not exactly what I wanted but that will work. I was making new layouts every time I finished reading even though I was not done so I had a handful of layouts for 5 chapters of James. Your suggestion will cut down on the clutter. Thank you.

    PS

I also noticed I am not able to place a commentary in my favorites yet some things I can. Is it possible to bookmark all documents?
