Proclaim and Windows XP

As of February 28, 2014, we will be discontinuing Windows XP support for Proclaim. This will allow us to continue building new and powerful features for our users, utilizing technologies that are not supported on Windows XP. Microsoft will also be ending support for Windows XP on April 8:http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/end-support-help
