I put the song title in on the customize page, but it disappears on the presentation slide, every time. It should appear! WHY?

You must specify that the song will show on the slide you prefer by checking the box next to this option (see below).
Once you check that box, the title will show on the slide specified by the blue text. Clicking the blue text reveals a drop down menu where you can choose which slide(s) the title will show up on.
