BUG - Proclaim Beta, Mac OS X - Sync wheel off kilter

This happens after I upload something and the bottom bar disappears. The sync wheel gets off kilter somehow. I don't think the green dot is shifting, but I do think the wheel itself is moving and not lining up where it's supposed to. See the before and after shots below:

Hello Josh,

I am unable to reproduce this in house. When this happens, does the sync wheel stay in the off-kilter position, or does this only happen momentarily?

It stays that way for a while, but then it seems to get reset back to the correct position. It's not a big deal, just thought I would mention it.

10.9.1 -- I updated to build 341 of the new beta and it is still doing it. It happens immediately after I upload a video and transcoding takes place. Once that bottom bar that shows the progression of the upload disappears and the video re-downloads, I can hit sync and the sync wheel goes off-kilter. If I minimize the proclaim window and then pull it back up, it's back to normal.

So I was able to reproduce the bug. I have published a bug report and it should be fixed in the near future.
