We are currently in our free trial period with Proclaim and are really thrilled with it. The first Sunday we used it the Signals feature worked wonderfully. But we have not been able to get it working since then.
We are running Proclaim on a MacBook Pro. The location for our church is correctly set in the Proclaim software. Multiple people are trying to access the Signals through iOS and Android devices with all devices properly setup with Faithlife or Logos apps, location services turned on, etc.
Any ideas as to what the issue could be?
