Song backgrounds

While we have access to lots of still image backgrounds. We have been trying to use some moving backgrounds. The problem is that they don't stay in a continuous loop so they stop half way through the time they are up on screen. Is there a setting to enable always loop function?

Are these your own uploads? If so make sure you check the Loop option when uploading.

They are uploads that we have uploaded before and now are not looping. they were before. It would be nice to have the option to select whether or not it loops in the background options area where you select the background you want.

We shouldn't have changed the loop behavior for custom uploads. Is it possible that you've placed the item in the pre-service loop, warmup, or post-service loop section? These sections are designed for automatic control so by default a looping video will not loop, it will play once and auto advance. You can override this behavior to play n seconds using the auto-advance setting on the service item.

No im fairly sure we did not. I guess im just out of luck and will have to find the original files and up load them again... really wish there was a control for it out side of the initial up load. I do appreciate the help. Ill just see what I can do from my end. Though I would highly promote a control for the loop on video outside of the initial upload. just would make a lot of sense.

I agree. A control outside of the initial upload for looping videos would be great.
