Open your slide in 'Edit' mode and head for the 'CUSTOMIZE' button to customise your slide. It should be on the top right hand corner.
Select the section for the text you want to change - in my case it was 'MAIN CONTENT' but in some places you have other options like 'TITLE' etc.
You should see something like this.

lets say you are doing a round, is there a way to have two colors on one screen? My guess is that i would have to have two content sections right?
