Update continually restarts at 0% after reaching 100%

Hi,
Logos 5 says I have updates to download (59.6mb). Every time the download reaches 100%, it resets to 0% and restart. I tried restarting Logos and rebooting, but no success. Any ideas?

it would help if you posted your indexer.log file and a potential indexer error log, too.

Strange. Just after I posted the logs the download completed and the installation started. All went well and I am now running version 5.2 SR-5 (5.2.0.0121).
One strange thing though is that my icon on the taskbar is all-white, the Logos Icon is gone. Otherwise everything looks fine.

good to hear! [:)]
FYI: The log had said that Logos checked the installation file's hash-value against its known hash, finding them different and re-starting the download. This hash-check is a security feature, basically it builds a kind of checksum over all the bits in the file, thus finding if there has been corruption (someone tampered with a file, or the download process mixed it up, or ...), which is a good thing to validate before installing the software.

This is a Windows OS issue and not uncommon. You can simply remove the all-white icon from the taskbar and re-pin the Logos icon in it's place. More discussion on it in several threads here, and here for example.
