Unable to connect to Faithlife in Proclaim

I tried pulling up a service on Proclaim, and noticed a bunch of caution signs on the majority of the slides. This was on my office laptop, so I tried pulling up the same service on the computer we use for our service presentation and on my home PC, and had no problems.

When I click the right side bar, it displays the message: "Unable to connect to Faithlife." It gives me the option to Retry, but when I click, it does nothing.

Has anyone else had this issue? Like I said, it's only affecting my copy of Proclaim on my office laptop, but the AV board computer and my home desktop PC are not having this issue.
