When I click on the Proclaim icon the program begins loading, then when it gets to signing in---it stops and gives me a windows error. I am able to download the software without a problem

Have you tried out the beta yet? It moves away from the click once installation which has caused problems. You can find the link to install it here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/80483.aspx
However, if you could reproduce your issue and post the error here as well, that would be great.

Hello Tina, Spencer's suggestion here will get you back up and running again. In rare cases the databases we use to store application data can become corrupted, which is what happened on your machine. Switching to the beta will not resolve the issue. Let us know if you have any issues w/ Spencer's suggestion.
