Reading plan in Faithlife

Hi,

I have the Faithlife study bible running on an iPad for my wife. She has her own account and I have a full version of LOGOS Bronze on my MacBook Pro. I have created a GROUP in Faithlife and made it private for just my wife and I. I did this to really just see how groups work and to test things out. I then wanted to start a reading plan for my GROUP to see if she could access it and use the plan. The plan shows up on her home page in the right side of the screen. If she clicks on any link in the plan it takes here to the built in browser to read the plan and not the study bible. I tried this several time with the same results each time.

As soon as she tries to access the plan it takes her to the built in browser and also opens a link at the top of the page to download the study bible from the App Store. The app is already installed on the iPad. Why does it not open the reading plan in the study bible? Very confusing.

Please help,

    Hi Steve!

If your wife tries to open the reading plan from the web browser, it is always going to open a web reading experience.

If she is on the iPad, simply have her open the Faithlife Study Bible app first. On the home screen of her app, there will be a section called "TODAY'S READING." Her readings should be listed right there and take her to the reading within the app. Thanks!
