Server issue?

Fri nite, california time, and sun. at 10:45, I've had problems running proclaim. It won't go online.  Once because it gives me a new warning that the opening loop is going to be past the time, then it freezes and I can't do anything--can't f1 start, can't shut down.

    Then it gave me a message that it couldn't connect to the server.

    I can't get it to run when the opening loop time is past.i don't like the new message, it worked better before.

    The start time warning shouldn't prevent you from using the application. It sounds like you're experiencing several issues that probably have the same underlying cause.

    You mentioned in an earlier post that you have to reboot when Proclaim freezes. Does your entire computer become unresponsive? Or do other applications continue to work and just Proclaim is frozen.

    I've looked for error logs from your group which should automatically be uploaded on a crash but can't find any. Sometimes users have experienced similar behavior when their video card drivers are out of date. It would be worth checking to see that yours are up to date. 

    If you're still able to reproduce a hang it would help us diagnose further if you could post the Proclaim.log file from a session that reproduced the issue. This file is located in the following path.

    Here are the error entries for last Sunday.  

    I would get the "past time" message, because I was trying to start proclaim after the "start time" and then I could not go on-line and neither could i exit out of proclaim.

    I just duplicated the problem.

    It is not showing up in my error log as an error.

    What happened:

    1.  opened proclaim

    2. went on air, worked fine, with time scheduled for 10:45.  Everything worked as normal.

    3. went off air, changed the time to 9:00, it's now 9:30 ish.  Got the error message.  Clicked on the "x" at the end of the error message, x was unresponsive.  Proclaim was unresponsive, could not close program.  Couldn't do anything, actually, so I closed out using windows task manager.  Rest of computer worked, internet is connected and working, other programs work.  Just proclaim that was unresponsive. 

    I was running late both Friday night and Sunday, so I think it's the same problem both days.
