We cannot seem to have any of our signals be picked up by our congregation. The Proclaim software picks up no one as logged in, when several of us are. We already erased and relaoded our apps and that didn't make a difference.
Which Apps are you using for this?
Do you have "follow presentations" set?

I just wanted to add to Graham's post as well. If you have previously followed the presentation, you must also have a book open for the signals to show up on your mobile device. If you are in the home screen, the signals will not show up. If you are still having problems, please let me know.
