Proclaim Remote

Let me first say how much I really appreciate all that the people at Logos are doing. Here is the issue I am having. While using the remote to control the presentation from my Asus tablet everything works well until I get to the bible reading or the passage. I use the on screen bible which projects beautifully on the projector screen but on my tablet it is unreadable. This is probably something simple but any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello Keith,

Since the On-Screen Bible item is a video, the Proclaim remote will show a placeholder for it; This is because the Proclaim remote will not play animations, but instead only shows static images for those animations. Does this make sense?

Yes that makes sense. Do you have plans to allow Proclaim remote to play animation? I really would like to have the animation as it would allow me the ability to read the verse from my tablet instead of having to look at a printed copy or the projection screen. OR I could just insert the bible slide.

Not that I know of right now. However a good workaround would be to use the sermon notes view on your tablet and add the verse in the notes for the OSB slide. This way you can see the slides being projected and read the verse at the same time.
