Background music playing during sermon

First I want to say that I absolutely love Proclaim, do not stop or get discouraged with it (if you do sometimes, I read some of the post) keep going, keep going, it is a wonderful program!

Now, I am having an issue with background music wanting to play when the powerpoint sermon begins. I am not sure why it has started doing this or how to stop it. We have to turn down the volume all the way during the message and then turn it up again for the closing song. Could you give me some help getting it to stop. It only started about a month ago. Thanks.

Hello Jesse,

If you would like to stop audio for a certain item (or service section), click the speaker next to the place you would like the music to stop and choose 'stop background audio'. That should fix it.

Once you start to use background audio in a presentation you need to be diligent about using the 'Stop Audio' setting at least on the item following the the last item with background audio.

I have the same problem - if I open an item arbitrarily there is a good chance that the background audio from a previous item will play unless the audio has been positively stopped.
