Use other programs while Proclaim ON AIR?

Hi.  We use mp3's for worship, but when we used Proclaim for worship slides, we weren't able to use the program to play the music!  Is that just the way it is (on Mac, btw), or can you still access other applications while on air?

    You can access other applications while on-air, however an easier way play music during your presentation in Proclaim is to import your mp3s into your presentation and choose when to play them. You do this by clicking the speaker icon next to the service item where you would like to start your song, select 'add background audio from your computer' and choose the mp3 you would like to play. Then in order to stop the music, you would click the speaker icon next to the service item where you would like the music to stop and select 'Stop background audio'. Does this make sense?
