Inputting Videos into Proclaim

We had a memorial service at our church today and I was trying to loop a video the family had made to use before the service. The video wouldn't loop or advance and play even if I duplicated it. Is there any way around that so I don't have to keep hitting play every time??? Thank you!

In the screenshot below you will see that you need to check the settings for the video once it's imported into Proclaim. Choose "Start playing automatically" and then choose "Loop continuously" under the section "When the clip ends:" Hope this helps you!

Hello Kayla,

I'm not sure I completely understand what you are trying to do here. Are you placing a video item in the pre-service loop and have it loop before the service? Or are you placing the video in the warm-up section and trying to make the video loop? Also, if you give me the name of the presentation you are referring to, I can take a look and see what is going on.
