Windows Installer Upgrade

On February 24 we shipped an update for the Windows version which moves from a ClickOnce installer to Windows Installer. ClickOnce has been plagued with reliability issues during upgrades, often getting users into a corrupted state which required customer service intervention. Unfortunately the migration is not quite as seamless as we would like so this post attempts to clear up any questions.
The next time you start up (assuming you're running a version of Proclaim installed prior to Feb 24) you'll automatically begin an upgrade.
Once this upgrade has completed you'll be running a version of Proclaim (1.20.0.0035) which will to try to migrate to the version using the Windows Installer. You'll see the following prompt at start up.
We strongly recommend users click "Install" but if it's not convenient at this time you can click "Not now" and the application will open like normal. You will continue to see this prompt at start up. Clicking "Install" will begin the upgrade.
The new version of Proclaim requires administrative privileges for the initial installation. This allows us to automatically update the frameworks which Proclaim depends on. Almost all future updates will not require admin rights.
The new installer will download the required files and install the application.
Once the installer completes the new version of Proclaim will open automatically. You'll see the following prompt
Clicking "Not now" will allow you to use the application like normal. However, at this time you have two versions of Proclaim installed.
Clicking "Remove" will bring up the Windows add/remove programs dialog allowing you to remove the old version and complete the installer migration.
